"Have emailed the Club twice recently to discuss the Vegetarian choices available. The Club has multiple Vegan choices, but Veganism excludes eggs and cheese where vegetarianism may not. Vegetarians choose eggs and cheese to add protein to their diet. I have had no response, and the lack of communication leads to this review being left. It is embarrassing to live in beautiful Renmark and not be able to take our visitors and friends to dine at the Club. P.S the deconstructed Vegan bowl was tasteless and unappealing, and at $28.00 not good value especially if adding Haloumi at an additional $5.00."

"Had a lovely steak here and my wife had a good burger. Meals were not expensive and the restaurant was clean, spacious and had a great view of the kangaroos hopping round the golf course.Staff were very helpful and friendly and the salad bar was well stocked with the staples plus a few special items (olives were great).Would definitely come here again and the resort rooms look very good so would consider the accommodation too."

"We were staying at the motel; Citrus Valley Motel, so ate there in the restaurant. The space used by Ashely's is large and relatively uninviting with a small bar at one end of the space where a waitress served drinks in between serving meals. It has a large and fancy menu. One old time entree, Fried Camembert was listed, but it is now very popular in England as a trip there in May showed us. Pumpkin soup for entree had a wonderful flavour but was way to thick, more like a astew. I had salt and pepper squid as a main which was cooked to perfection but cam with a vast quantity of salad which rather spoiled the squid as did the lack of a hint of .szechuan pepper. I had ordered salad to accompany the main but the waitress did not tell me how much of the main was salad, most annoying. The chips served with the squid were crispy and well cooked. Service left something to be desired with waitresses leaning over the table to place cutlery and food on the table and removing plates before all had finished, but I guess it is a country restaurant!Ashley's was packed with locals who obviously were enjoying the food and wine, so may be I expect too much. Wine list average to small and prices moderate.Over all a good feed but the pretensions of the palce leave me feeling it is a wanna-be eating place."

"A great family winery. Jim, Arthur and their parents, all contributing to present a top shelf winery. Great products. They deal with the public exceptionally well. We purchased well-priced port, and a lovely award-winning white. Jim received the award of Winemaker of the Year recently - quite an achievement."

"We visited the Renmark hotel on our anniversary and were welcomed by helpful and friendly staff who continued this throughout the night. The meals were well priced and food was served quickly and to a very high standard. The highlight of the night was the churros we ordered for dessert as they were delicious and we left as very happy customers. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone of any age and will definitely be back again."

"We had xmas eve dinner with family in this restaurant. Fish cooked perfectly, it’s crispy outside, moist inside. Coleslaw and bean salad are delicious as well, what a perfect combination for fish and chips. Lots of options for food and drinks on their menu. The...staff are very friendly n helpful. Must try if you come in to Renmark !!"
