"We stayed there shortly before 6:00 and got almost no place, as all free places were already reserved. Nevertheless, the waiters gave much effort and organized us in all kindness a pleasant seat. The waiting times were moderate when ordering and serving. Also here they met very friendly staff. The map is small and mainly oriented towards carving variations. Nevertheless, it is sufficient, especially as it is more likely to come through the delicious crown princess beer. All in all there was really nothing to complain about. That's why I can forgive 5 stars here."

"Food top, homemade chicken nuggets the highlight for the niece (to their disadvantage they have to share). Also the other dishes were super delicious. atmosphere and kindness very good. But now to the 2 stars draw. Last year we wanted to return again when we were on the return journey (small detour we liked to have accepted). Yesterday the same drama. We were on holiday nearby and wanted to eat here before going home. For this we were able to complete the extra 4 hours after check-out from the hotel in Rheinsberg, although we had already seen everything there. When we arrived, unfortunately only the dog looked through the fence while the shield was closed for 2 weeks. The end of the holiday thus somewhat spoiled. If we try it for a third time when we're in the area, I don't know. The food and the store would be worth it. Then only after call. Or the owners simply use the Google function and place on holiday. I know from my own experience that only a few clicks are necessary for this. That would have saved us 4 hours and 10 km of detour."

"I booked for one night a double room over hrs.de (my rating there was not uploaded until today, as bad it seems). It was just one night, but my judgment is hard and I do not recommend thinking about an overnight stay. When I read that nothing has changed since 2012, despite clues to the reception, I get aggressions. What does this hotel executive NOT do??? Profit? The hotel from outside is ok, super location. But before no free parking you have to go to the side street, where you don't have to pay on one side. With good luck you get one. But not so wild. There are some overhaul requirements in the hotel. It smells easy muffy and old everywhere. The carpets were not the most beautiful and already blunt. If you have a room near the elevator, you might be lucky. The reception is not enough in all other rooms. So I wouldn't mention it as a highlight! The worst is the room. Very dark, the windows are attached and I have dirt, yellow spots and dead Viechers. The beds are the horror travel beds!!! So really. Not even configurable, they're just apart. For couples great. In addition, there were only mattress pads and there were very small super thin pillows. The mattresses are an absolute highlight. It knarzte immediately and I sat and lay immediately on the spring. I'm really not hard bedding, I know what I'm talking about (at home I also have my beds), but that was the height. I rolled at night and had a bad back pain. The bathroom generally smells very muffy and we had to leave the door that even air came in. The shower was an adventure. The shower head no longer worked correctly, he was not adjustable and the water pressure was lukewarm, he was not there. Breakfast was not a luxury, rather simple standard. The stirrer was very gentle and tasty. The coffee was really a joke, a real sweater without taste. Even with milk not better. I thought it would be nice to get the table covered with beautiful weather. The receptionist, I only met one, was always very friendly and accommodating. But I think they don't do anything anyway, and they're always nice. Terrible hotel, bad for the long history, but definitely not worth 4 stars today!!!"

"We have lived in a much too expensive garden house, reindeer very unfriendly, also not let first look, bathroom without outlet, drinking water comes black from the line, the naked iron,Garden table completely dirty under the tablecloth, and that despite, because of Corona, no more holidaymakers were there. Too expensive for this route to Rheinsberg. The beach is just a joke."
