"We only had dined here once a year, so they will not miss that we will never come back. It took over 20 minutes to get our first drink. Our server was nice but young and poorly trained. Appetizers arrived 35 minutes after being seated but we were enjoying each other’s company, so the bad service was ok.Then our food arrived and pasta was not completely cooked, chicken Marsala had no mushrooms and swimming in chicken brothe, etc. The owner did nothing to fix the meals and instead left the poor untrained waitress with 4 unhappy customers. First time there 4 years ago, it was fantastic. The last 3 visits were awful but we made excuses because of Covid. Now we’ll just make reservations at Anthony’s in Plattsburgh."
