"Pray to god when you are going to Cappuccino Grand Cafe in Gstaad that the waiter Joaquin is not there, the most racist person you will sea at 1000 meters above sea level. Were he will judge you on the way you look and where you from. He will do his best to ruin your day, if you were in the line he will skip you and take other group behind you, if complain he would say (if you don't like what i did go somewhere else). Now I know why the cafe rated 3 out 5 on tripadvisor."

"We stopped here for lunch after a couple of hours of ski. We sat at the crowded sun terrasse. Waited for 45 minutes until the waiter took our order and then another hour to get our food, although we ordered simple dishes from the menu and the daily menu which was lasagne and salad. (Never got the salad). The food was nothing special and the service was null. The price was over expensive and they charge us for dishes we never ordered. We know that ski restaurants are expensive and that you have to wait since the kitchen is overloaded, but here we fell that it was a scandal"

"We went to this bakery cause having good memories of a few years. We had slices of pizza and a sweet both good.What disappointed us was the reception and the service. the lady welcomed us almost as if we were annoying, taking orders without paying attention, we felt uncomfortable all the time, ate fast payed and left. we both work in the hotel business for years and we do not treat guests as well as the most difficult one."

"Just perfect and the Welcome we got from Christian is truly the image of the new generation of hotel manager in Switzerland. Smile, attention to the guests, sense of humour it was just superb. We tried veal carpaccio, trout and a selection of local cheeses. Compliment to the Chef. Finally we did get special attention from the waitresses with their smiles and care. We will be back for sure and will recommend to friends. Christian thanks also for having the TV on during the World Cup Friday matches. See you soon"

"After having stayed several times at the Beatus Hotel in Merligen, I wanted to go to the Ermitage for a Day Spa. I really appreciated Barbara's welcome at the Wellness center and at the reception but especially the massage provided by Alexandra who was able to relieve my persistent pain.
