"Lovely home made baguette sandwiches with really good ingredients....lettuce, sun-dried tomatoes, fig, Roquefort, nuts, air-dried ham...delicious. Fantastic cakes too...and for once they taste as good as they look!!!"

"What a great simple lunch, no menus, plat du jour. there were a choice of three dishes, I had the tartare my wife the goats cheese salad. Both meals up were better than we had anticipated, service was very friendly and helpful, our waitress understood my french which is very kind of her! Desserts were equally tasty , a carafe of Rose and coffee for €40, well worth in such a lovely setting. Definitely worth the trip."

"What a nice little find! After leaving the grotto of the Demoiselle (which was closed for lunch!! we wandered through several small cities looking for a place to a simple lunch. Although some places say they have sandwiches, everyone seemed to be out when we went up. At least until we found this magnificent Boulangerie right at the roundabout in Saint-Martin Des Londres. This place was fabulous! They had the usual bread items, but also had wonderful pastries and really unique sandwiches. Some prepared them for you while others sat the sandwich material in long narrow bowls in a display case where you could choose what looked good. With many simple parking/access and indoor/outside seats there were many locals. If you go through this area, you should really try this great lunch. Cheers!"

"We ate here as a family twice. Nothing was bad and nothing exciting. The only starter on offer was sea snails which are in themselves a take it or leave it dish. Mains of grilled meats and salads were hearty and nicely presented although the whole duck breast would have benefited from a longer resting before service. It's basically a meat, salad and chips service but in such a great setting it gets away with it comfortably. Decent jug wine, especially on the second visit. No complaints average food quality, an overworked waitress, but a good restaurant experience."

"Beautiful ambience, charming staff with first-class greeting through English speaking cook and perfect service through the helpful staff 'd/waitress. The restaurant was about a week to close, so not all menu was available that didn't bother us. Also the credit card... machine 'what doesn't work' was no problem because we had a lot of money. The food was delicious although my husband was less impressed by his quail breast and snails than I was from the scallops that were raw and totally delicious. (Why are people afraid of raw food? We both had super lamb, what we would call Rack. The desserts were also good, but not to die. A whole bottle of wine was a bit too much for us, but still was in excellent condition and we could drink everything! I collect that the restaurant moves into larger rooms around Montpellier. It would be good to think that they will achieve great things. Overall an expensive but pleasant experience."
