"An excellent choice if they are in the direction south and like quality food. we chose the menu and were not disappointed. both the aumoniere de chèvre and the foie de volailles were delicious. the most important courses selected: pluma de porc iberique and rognons en brochette were...same good if accompanied by a demi de rosé. we rounded off the meal with cheese of the region and a few coffees that came with a baconless biscuit and a homemade makkaron; we couldn't have wanted more. excellent."

"Lunch for two at a good price is what you hope. here, however, the owner is charming and the waitress is both charming and somewhat eccentric. who could ask another question? the jam of the duck, followed by tarte tatin tasty and my wife had a large warm goat cheese salad, washed with a pichet rose. all followed by ice and coffee. total bill for a holiday dinner this was simply in order, although if they did not want to be in salbris for a short break on the way to south or north, why on the earth would they want to be in salbris? the word boring makes the city exciting."

"The frame is pleasant in good weather with the patio, but the service is slow. Do not worth the detour (especially that the return to the highway direction limoges is very long on the Nationale).This said the conditions were a little special, the cook was in work stop after having shattered the hand, and the replacement cook not by the fact."
