"I can?t see this place having less than 5 stars. We went when it was closed, it opens at 3pm on weekdays. The owner aloud us to order early, it was our first time there. He made sure to get us the best deal to feed my family of 4. He allowed my kids to put on cartoons while we waited. He served us and the pizza was fresh and delicious. The sauce is perfect. I?m a ranch lover and the ranch is perfection!!! I had to bring my fiancé back the next day for his favorite, a gyro and fries. The gyro was hearty and great. The calzone I ordered was fresh and of course perfectly paired with the ranch!!!! Here we are the next day, today, and we are craving pizza Romano again!!! Wish it?d open sooner and I?m glad he allowed us to order early that day when we tried it first! Amazing service and better food"

"Food quality is subpar. $5 for a taco!! The meat on my carnita burrito was too chewy and small. My quesadilla with chicken had little cheese and water downed from the chicken.. the rolled tacos looked and tasted okay. Definitely not a fan favorite Side note. I was asked whether I was eating in or taking out. I said I was eating in and got to go bags? I just left instead of trying to explain myself. Not a good first impression and the carnitas are flavorless.."

"Hi i am a customer and ordered a pizza thin crust pizza. It?s the same pizza I?ve ordered for years. I called the store immediately and told the GM that the pizza was wrong. I was told I needed to send a picture. Why???? If the pizza is wrong it?s wrong! That?s not good customer service! Then the manger told me that there is nothing she can do. I can?t get a refund. Even with me sending a picture of the pizza. Mind you I paid for this pizza. I paid for delivery and I paid for delivery tip. Still not good enough. I had to drive to the store and show the pizza!!!!! That?s still not good enough. I was told by the manager that there is nothing she can do. I asked for a refund again and she said no. I won?t be ordering from this place again. And trust and believe I?ll be letting everyone know about this experience. If you are in the wrong your employees MUST take accountability for their actions. This was absolute the worst customer service I?ve seen in awhile. I hope you do pull back video cameras and listen to how the calls was handled and also how I was treated. No refund no nothing besides we can make you another pizza after I paid for the delivery fee and a tip. This place needs a major improvement and coaching on how to deal with customer service! You basically stole money from me and wasted my gas to come up here just to show you that you made a mistake. Shame on you!!!!"
