"Took minutes to get served even though we were some of the first guests in the restaurant and there were so many staff! We asked twice if somebody could turn on the fan to which we were told ‘one minute please’ and nobody ever...came back to us. Lots of waiters stood around talking so that was a bit annoying! The food arrived before the wine and I had to chase it twice- it then arrived in a chipped wine glass once we had nearly finished the food. I ordered goats cheese salad which was doused in oil and was inedible by the time I got to the bottom of it. We complained but the waitress didn’t even comment and we were charged in full for it along with some bread with Parmesan which we didn’t even receive. So disappointed as the place is so nice so we had such high hopes!"
