"Bereits recht zeitig starteten wir unsere Wanderung durch die "mautpflichtigen" Wolfskamm um nach ca. 1:15 den Wallfahrtsort St. Georgenberg zu erreichen.Wir kehrten dort gleich im Gasthaus ein und stillten unseren Durst. Die bestellten Speisen im Wallfahrtsgasthaus beschränken sich auf Suppen mit "Einlagen". Die Wallfahrtssuppe, und das Knödelduo wurden in einer echt großen Schüssel serviert. Die Menge an Suppe war sehr ausreichend und von Geschmack sehr in Ordnung.Kaffee mit Sachertorte bzw. Apfelstrudel mundeten. Die Wespen nerven doch ein wenig, aber dafür ist der Wirt nicht verantwortlich zu machen.Das Personal arbeitete zügig. Das Preis / Leistungsverhältnis war für die Lage der Gaststätte angemessen. Ich kann die negativen Erlebnisse anderer Poster nicht nachvollziehen, ich möchte meine Bewertung "befriedigend" eigentlich als "zufrieden" verstanden wissen. Rundum "Zufrieden" und knapp am Sehr gut vorbei. Die Einkehr hat sich sicher gelohnt. Die Wolfklamm auch wieder nach unten zu wandern haben wir uns gespart. Dafür haben wir den doch recht steilen Weg direkt nach Stans gewählt.Abschliessend: Die Wallfahrtskirche ist echt eine sehenswerte Wallfahrtskirche und lädt zum beten ein. Die Kirche ist wirklich kein Museum, aber sehr schön gestaltet und ich kann verstehen, wenn so mancher Besucher mit Schauen mehr beschäftigt ist als mit Beten."

"We started to rain when we drove through Fugen Austria, so we stopped at Rainer Café and the bar for a drink. I had a Heineken beer because I'm not a fan of local beer and had my wife tea and a bowl of soup that she said was very good. Service wasn't great. Very nice seats outside that were covered by rain. Clean bathroom outside. Parking ok for bikes but tight for cars."

"I'm not really excited, but I'm very happy to take it. at the arrival I immediately noticed the almost completely occupied parking places, which I first brought back to the fact that it was Saturday night. I was pleased with the rural presentation immediately and the very well-stocked gas rooms impressed me and made it seem to me that it must be a very popular gas house. this was confirmed a short time later than the very friendly waitress brought the menu and took up the drinks. a more attentive round view brought my curiosity to eat, because the portions that were served all around were lost were delightful to the palate. And indeed, some of the tellers seemed to be eating for two, but this proved to be irrtum when my salad plate was served with grilled cute pieces. I am not a bad eater, however, I had my effort to fully incorporate the excellent meal to me and not only I was so, almost everyone gassed got a amazed look at the size of the portions. the taste stood in nothing and when I paid I had to ask if the charming waitress had not forgotten to calculate, because 2 excellent speissen incl. 2 drinks at 36 euro appeared to me a little bit! but there are the portions really big and the price small. a family business that really deserves its excellent call. my opinion after 5 stars restaurant with 3 hoods kitchen if this is possible, am no restaurant critic!"

"The two of you were there yesterday and don't go any more! the service was more than bad again and although we got a table, no one has served us. the waiters ignored us... once in the pass they asked us if we were new. that was all. we sat there without drinks over half an hour and after no one interested in us we left again! the last time (about a month ago) was the same, only we got our drinks after half an hour and also the menu. that was - we couldn't order food, because no one had interest! after 1.5 hours waiting time, we were begging to pay because we wanted to go to eat only where else! the founding: "the gastgarten is too big and we have too little waiter!" - actually 2 waiters should be enough (become waitress or I learned it!) conclusion: the service is really bad, the good pizza but only if you pick it up (what we did and will always do from now on)"

"The first time we tried Il Pittore, it was only with my partner and Twe children, the service was more than excellent, okay, the pizza is not the best we ever had, but also not so bad! The children loved the garlic bread and my partner, the eldest son (almost three) and I enyoyed the pizza with blows like pifferlings (a local mushroom), Italian ham, mozzerella and lots of vegetables. The second time was a few days later. We asked our son what he wanted to eat for his birthday and he wanted pizza. This time we went with the completed family, as an appetizer we had the mozerrella with tomatoes (crease salt), that you were very good! The spicy pizzas we had were really sharp (very good, in Europe spicy is not always spicy), my sister in the law took the spogetti and I had teh Lasagna and both were very nice! Everything was fresh and fast served and most parts where of a real size, not too big, not o small. And the service was impressive! Very nice waiter and great with children! Yes... we can recommend this restaurant!"

"Friendly staff, amazing view on the mountains. Very tasty pasta stroganov and gnocci gorgonzola spinache for lunch. As a dessert, good coffee with a crunchy chocolate. Place to return to."
