"You can find great seafood restaurants throwing a dart at any listing in Florida. To find that one Steakhouse, Oh My! I discovered The Back Room Steakhouse 2 years as part of Orlando Magicial Dining. As a rule, I attempt to try different restaurants each year. The food (steak and seafood) has made this my go-to restaurant for birthday celebration. The shortcoming: the restaurant does not carry Bakers bourbon. The bourbon selection is one of the best in Orange County. I write all this to say. I dare you to find a better Midwestern Steakhouse in Orlando? The food, atmosphere and staff are unmatched. "We went to check out NYPD Apopka for the first time last night. Overall, tasty food and good service. We ordered the garlic knots and meatballs to start. The meatballs were delicious (as evidenced by the empty bowl)! I would not recommend or order the garlic knots again. They are more like big rolls with a little butter, garlic, and seasoning on top. It was just way too much bread! I had the Greek salad, which was good, and cheese pizza. The pizza had lots of bubbles in thedough, causing a loss of toppings over the surface. It was okay otherwise. My husband ordered the roll with ham, pepperoni, sausage, and bacon. It didn't come out until I was done eating, but it was really good."
