"A Strada like any other in the chain what drew us in was the proximity to Tobacco Dock ideal for a quick lunch or dinner before attending an event and the opportunity to sit outside and admire the views of St Katherine's Docks Unfortunately it started raining so we made a quick exit into the main restaurant. "I went to Three O Two for my birthday dinner on Saturday, but was disappointed. I asked for Prosecco (granted, not on the menu but thought I'd try anyway) the waitress asked what that was. It took two attempts to get the food menu, when we ordered starters it took an hour for them to arrive (the table next to us, who arrived later, was served within half an hour). My friend ordered a medium steak, but it was so tough she could barely cut it, her vegetables were cold so she sent it back went without a main course. We asked for the bill, which took about 20 minutes too arrive, I think mainly because staff are too busy looking at the drinks shelf ignoring guests. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Three O Two to any friends or family."

"Came here especially for Sunday fortunately as another place had run out of the roast and was pleasantly surprised! absolutely delicious food (especially the bratkartoffels! . the service is also great, friendly and efficient, chiara and mia were both really nice! I wanted to thank chiara especially that I squirted into squeezing, although they seemed quite fully booked! we appreciate it! I would recommend this place for a Sunday roasting to everyone. if you think about it, it's worth trying, it won't regret it!"

"The people who work in this particular branch make the experience unbearable. Yesterday was the third time we swore to each other to never come back to this place. We still did the past two times because I actually like the food in Le Pain...Quotidien. However , we left after minutes because we didn’t want our mood to get ruined after witnessing the attitude that people who work here have for the customers (yet again, it’s new staff every time . They do not provide you with a menu straight away , only when you get a chance to catch them again. Drinks are served called. As some other compliant mentioned already the waiters just stand there laughing and chatting , not doing anything else. Managers (people who are dressed differently to the staff) behave completely the same and aren’t doing much at all too. Yesterday we wanted to sit at the table because it was free and we liked where it was, it just needed to be cleaned. When the waitresses saw us at that table she pulled on a confused sort of face !? and told us we can’t have this one. Then, after calmly changing our sit and waiting for minutes to get a chance to ask for menus, we got them thrown on the table and we knew what was coming next and just left. Dear Le Pain Quotidien management , preferable somebody above the floor managers, fix this issue and train your staff. Don’t hesitate to fire utter disrespectful ones too. They do the complete opposite of benefiting the business."
