"What can I say , I've been here numerous times in the last six months and every time has been pretty bloody good. The food is fresh ; I'll add the spring rolls and dim sims are actually house made. A nice touch these days. Spring rolls full of fresh ingredients and the dim sims always have a nice bit of texture with the cabbage and water chestnuts. As I said I've been here a few times now so I've got a bit to say. It's is by far the best Vietnamese and Chinese inspired cuisine in the area. The only oriental food that comes close in terms of authenticity and taste is probably Thai Emperor. Different taste all together obviously but just as good. I'll review them later For mains we've had a few .... My favourites by a mile are the Szechuan prawns I like seafood though and the Peking duck course ... Although you'll need to give them at least 24hrs notice as they cook them there. You've got three courses to choose from with the duck. But I digress. The Pho is always tastey and filling whoever I will say not always consistent BUT ALWAYS GOOD. My partner has ordered a few different meals. The Mongolian sizzling beef , honey lemon chicken and the fried rice ... All has been really quite exemplary. The only downside I'll give is the location which I guess in some circumstances you can't avoid. However I think they could set something up so it cut off the road view. The food is really good for the price , we spend about sixty bucks for two people. Probably better than the price suggests. I would definitely recommend to eat here. Omg and the service is brilliant always really attentive. I would have given three and a half stars but it won't let me lol. As always food is the main reason you're there so I account for the most amount of marks."

"We visited Springlake hotel with family (11) of us for to celebrate our grandsons birthday on Sunday night 28/3/2021. We were extremely happy with the food, it was very well presented, nice and hot, cooked to our liking. There is an excellent play area for the children on Sunday nights to our delight we discovered children eat for free. The staff members we came in contact with were Taliah PETA, The both were very efficient,friendly, happy smiling young ladies who obviously enjoy their work. Tables were very clean were cleaned quickly after food was eaten. Restaurant very clean, toilets were also very clean. Thank you to staff management for a lovely experience, we will return. This was our first visit."

"Very disappointing. Poor quality food. Very limited variety of food in the mezes served. Squid rings were inedible. All you tasted was raw flour. Owner appeared very flustered and rather rude to some of the customers. This was our second visit to the restaurant. First time was when it first opened. That was quite pleasant. Food quality and service went downhill since then. Would not be going back!"

"Birthday dinner, nice meals, good service, very hot night so could do with turning the aircon up. Reasonable pricing, close to shopping centre, not a place I would take younger kids to eat."

"Went to Moselle's for breakfast this morning with my wife and son and the service was great from the start. We sat outside overlooking the lake which was nice. It was chilly so the waitress put the heater on for us which was great. We ordered the American pancakes, a Vietnamese breakfast roll and a potato and chorizo omelette. My 10yo foodie loved the breakfast roll! My wife couldn't fault the omelette and for the most part the pancakes were good. They were missing the peanuts at first so had to go back but came back out with them. The bananas weren't very nice, just tasted powdery and like the oil they were fried in, which we told the waitress about and she explained that they couldn't get any of the bananas the usually use which is why they tasted different and apologised. Upon leaving, the chef came out and re-explained the issue, was very apologetic and gave us a discount off the bill. It's this type of service that makes all the difference and keeps people coming back. Overall a really good experience. One small pet peeve is the salt that you have to dip your fingers into to pinch. So many places are doing it now and it's just so unhygienic!! Maybe if it was a fresh dish for every new table of customers that comes in but not a container that's just kept on the table. I love salt but can't bring myself to use it when it's offered like that!!"
