"Absolutely disgusting behavior of workers with red hair during the trivial last night. we have come to Trivia for 5 months and have the following events in the last night of the years is scandalous. Apparently, they went out of the way of not putting our table for the draw. when a courteous person from another table recognized, they recommended the personal and nothing happened. I then went up 10 minutes later and politely mentioned that they missed our table on which their answer was “I distributed them definitiw”. it was quite obvious that this was the case, as all the others had tables, but ours. then they said, "Now, there is nothing I can do now, as we have already delivered it." I recommend that for me there was no valid answer to which they replied: "I am really this petty and have actually seen the price that was in the offer". very disappointed to speak as the simple solution was to grab 6 pieces of paper and give us because it was her fault. because of the staff hire I asked a manager to speak at which point they answered: "there was no manager," that I found very hard to believe and then it quickly changed to "they are all very busy and they doubt that they want to talk to me their time". I waited for 40 minutes to speak with me and was extremely unhappy with them, and they could honestly not take care of in the least that I have a complaint with how I was treated by a worker. but they assured me that they would have “hopefully dissolved” the next time. I was also told that they would mention this of the event-manger that I doubt was actually done so hopefully this review will find their way to them so that they seem how well their personal treated the problem. I would also like to mention that the employee has also spoken about it with others who are extremely unprofessional."
