The steak had to be medium rare, the so called medium. They brought me the steak pretty quickly. Having cut off the first piece of meat for myself, I found that it was a little overcooked, the steak was on the verge of medium to full. Consequently, the meat turned out to be quite dry, that periodically it had to be washed down with a drink. There was a lack of the taste of the burnt crust of meat, as is the case in a decent steak. At the end of dinner, I did not even ask about the level of steak and how you like the meat, which is usually done in restaurants. Стейк должен был быть средней прожарки, так называемый, medium. Принесли мне стейк довольно быстро. Отрезав себе первый кусочек мяса, обнаружил, что немного пережарили, стейк был на грани средней и полной прожарки. Следовательно мясо получилось довольно сухим, что периодически его приходилось запивать напитком. Не хватало вкуса обоженой корочки мяса, как это бывает в достойном стейке. По окончанию ужина у меня даже не поинтересовалась, как вам уровень прожарки стейка и как вам мясо, что обычно делают в ресторанах. Чек составил за стейк, салат из свежей капусты и 0.4 лимонада 860 рублей. На одного в принципе нормально. С мясом нужно поработать и всетаки беспокоиться о удовлетворённости своего клиента."
