"This time we accidentally order two wrong dishes (all blame to my big eyes, I read it wrong but these mistaken dishes has become my must-recommend dishes of this restaurant Truffle sauce with cream spaghetti this spaghetti tastes much better than I imagined, I like its noodles, its sauce, truffles, taste, and platter.... Also, its serving size is quite generous, and it is more satisfying to eat (unlike the general exquisite Cuisine Thai Mylk Tea Cafe I dont like to drink latte, but I fell in love of this one! My travel companions who are proficient in coffee also feel unexpectedly good to have this one, and immediately go downstairs to ask for the making process, really want to learn it! visit date: 2019-03"

"Was here on a past trip to Taiwan, and here's my Phillipe Paris Lounge restaurant review for HappyCow. This restaurant is housed in a fancy looking building just out front the Taichung Science Museum. Fine dining atmosphere, white tablecloth and all. Attentive service. Food is brought out slowly course by course. We had opted for the all you can eat salad bar with our set meal (it's more expensive this way but we didn't know until we had already started eating cheaper set meal price if you choose to have ONE salad plate instead of all you can eat). The salad bar is vegan friendly and features a few kinds of sprouts plus lettuce, bread, and fruit. Many regular menu items contain dairy since this is French cooking, so vegans be sure to ask. They were able to accommodate our vegan requests and suggest things we could eat. Expensive but an interesting experience if you don't mind splurging on food."

"Some selected items are vegan, but good luck trying to enjoy all the vegan desserts: there is only one option (damped longan with cocoa cake), and it was Mediocre best. I enjoy the vegan lahmacun that reminded me of my trip to Istanbul before I went vegan. Most of their dishes are ovo-lacto-vegetarian. You also have gluten-free options. If you look at the menu, everything is without EM or M marking or just with a G vegan. Portion sizes felt small while prices seemed high. Wouldn't return."

"The couple that has mes cafe is very sweet and well visited. the man has a lot of experience in the teaching farming practices to the inhabitants of other continental, and they source their coffee beans from farm that they personally visit. the foods are eclectic: besides various flavors of pastas and risottos (most of them can be made vegan), they also cook options such as san tome pizza, argentinian empanadas, honduran burrito, cubano sandwich and Portuguese omelette, just to name a few. the baby leaf salad is filled with nutrients and can be ordered as a la carte or as a combination to a duck. also many coffee and tea options are on the menu. they also sell cute, handmade tassen and other pottery items on the regal right in front of the caffe."

"Cute small square with retro interior design. many very delicious food and pleasant drinks. very nice for a late lunch with her favorite. it will be overcrowded by the midday, so call them, wait or avoid. a very small thing; the personal is not the most attentive, so they ask if they want something or get it themselves."

"I first came to chef hedy's community kitchen when she made her first attempt on a vegan banquet in august 2019 by using saved organic products from local markets. the banquet style meal times have a proposal of NT$300 to cover their minimum operating costs, but they are welcome to give as much as they want. the experience is very intimate and communical as to an all-you-can-eat buffet, as they ask their neighboring dining room attendees to help them not serve the dishes in the easy sitting place. Since then I have returned every month with a private party of the imitation vegan vegetarian eating facebook group. this and the support of many other veg*ns helps chef hedy transition to a vegan lifestyle. (she personally noticed that meat no longer has the same taste charm for her as before in January 2020, chef hedy vegan Bento boxes for Dine-in and Take-out (BYO-Container) over reservations at least one day in advance. ( Notify them on facebook or give them a call the choices frequently change, so they probably never get boring. I tried two different and enjoyed them both! one has a vegan foie gras croquette, and the other had two naan handpies. all bengos come with some boiled products and a beautiful seasonal salad. preserve the local businesses that make the vegan transition. Perhaps she will have enough demand for vegan meals that she can give up animal products completely!"

"We came there super hungry after we visited 2 other restaurant that were closed with no reason. Thank god this one was open. The staff are friendly but speak a little english... the food was really good and comforting. But i wish for some more vegetable options. They gave us lolipop before we left and that made us happy "
