"Went here recently with family and friends and the whole experience was disappointing. The service was awkward, sarcastic and unhelpful and the food, honestly, sucked. Most of our food came out cold, overcooked or bland. I got a burger, comes on a french LOAF, which the server had to warn me about. Also, this is one of the most unaccommodating restaurants I have ever been too. You cannot get a soup or salad instead of fries, you have to add to your order and have to pay for it, what? Makes no sense. So on top of every thing being mediocre, the restaurant was FREEZING cold, half of us wore our jackets inside as we ate as quickly as possible to get the heck out of there. I do not recommend."

"This is not the first time we've been to this place. Always find the food good and my son looks forward to the burger of the month. Unfortunately this time around is a different story. Or family of five decided to have dinner here for my wife's birthday. We are seated promptly with my chair having a prefect view of the kitchen. Well how I wish I want seated there. First thing I noticed was the busboy or the person helping in bringing out food and cleaning tables. He was about to bring out the customers food when a few of their onion rings fell out of the plate. He just nonchalantly picked if up and placed it back in plate. No gloves no washed hands. Ok not a Big deal. Next I see the cook helper itching his nose not once but twice while handling the food. Again no gloves and did not wash his hands. Seeing this makes me wonder what we don't see. Or better yet I'd rather not see."

"We booked for Valentine’s Day Not last minute, but early enough to ensure we weren’t squeezed in Our reservation was for 7:30 at 8:00 we were still waiting outside in the freezing cold for our table It seems they overbooked, yet opted not to tell us this At 8:00 with 3 4 other tables ahead of us, we decided to leave Very disappointing service and I would not go back, they didn’t even offer an apology, or explanation as to why we were waiting outside 30 minutes later Beyond unacceptable"

"I just had their tomato dill soup and it was excellent. The “Greek” Salad is unbelievably delicious and filling!! Very warm and welcoming atmosphere, love this place!"

"The food is spot on. Any pasta dish is a safe bet, but my go-to is the carbonara. Service is always good, and prices are more than fair for the quality of food and service. In my humble opinion, Fratelli is my standard of comparison when I have pasta.Atmosphere is nice- interesting decor- but I do wish the place was a little bit larger than it is. At times, it's difficult to get a table, and when there are larger groups, it does tend to get a little bit loud in there. Other than that, this place is a standard option when trying to decide on a place to eat."
