"Been there a couple times already. The food is one of the best value you will get in the Locarno area. The ingredients are from premium quality and when I say that I mean really high range. For lunch, the daily is cheap fresh and tasty, sometimes I even wonder how they make any money on that. For dinner I recommend the "set" menu, you can choose anything on the a-la-carte menu as a starter, an entree and desert. I recommend either the fish or the maitre d'hôtel's suggestion and finally for desert (believe me I'm not what we call a sweet mouth) you will get amazed, every single one of them is delightfull. Only down size and this why I didn't give it a 5 star for the service sometimes the manager vents his ill-temper on his clients. To end up on a positive note though the manager has great wine knowledge and will advise you perfectly depending on your budget. You can't be fouled here, from time to time some of the customers are very high range. I've frequently seen collectors cars worth more than 250k in the parking lot. Not that it matters but these kinds of people have been everywhere and tasted everything. Always a good sign on a mid range price restaurant such as this one."
