"WOW! This restaurant was truly a pleasant surprise. After looking for the best pupusas closer to Katy, a friend recommended this restaurant. I must say I have finally found a true Salvadorean gem! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a friendly smile by the owner. The location is humble, clean, inviting and comfortable. I ordered the Carne Asada plate, it comes with a generous portion of rice, red refried beans, salad and 2 corn tortillas. The meat was deliciously marinated and not over cooked and at $8.99 it is truly a steal. The pupusas are soft and delicious, generously stuffed with your choice of chicharron (pork), shrimp , cheese or beans. They even have pupusas for $1.25 on Fridays. This is the perfect restaurant to visit for delicious authentic Salvadorean food but, pack your patience since food is prepared when ordered. The generous portions, freshness and deliciousness of the food makes it well worth the wait. This restaurant really satisfied my cravings for authentic Salvadorean food and will definitely be one of my go to restaurants. Thank you Thanh for this AWESOME suggestion!"

"When I say these plates were massive, I mean these plates/servings were HUGE and definitely your moneys worth. The flavor was so delicious, it was my first time ever having something like the Cowboys scramble and I was absolutely stuffed and satisfied after eating here. The aesthetic overall was really nice and inviting, I had ordered the cowboy scramble, side of fruit, hash brown casserole and a hot chocolate and both plate presentations were absolutely beautiful coming out. I definitely recommend eating here to get your moneys worth… It’s definitely one of a kind and you’d be missing out if you don’t at least go once!"
