"Nice restaurant, somewhat pricy.Toilets could receive an uplift. Nothing to hang your jacket on, if you need it and quite small.Food was good. As my wife told me, the cabrito was excellent though a somewhat reduced size. I ordered a breaded beef, as I am not really into cabrito, and it was good. The side dish (salad) came without any dressing and I had to ask for it.Service is very good.The restaurant has high ceiling and no heating (at least not, when we had been there). At this time of the year, nights are quite crispy. So don´t forget warm clothes!Ample parking space available."

"Barrio Porteno in Toluca is by far the most unprofessional and least managed place I have ever been. By far the worst experience I've ever had with a dining facility all over Mexico. Very unprofessional. For the first time I have ever paid for food and went before I even got it to escape the terrible service and management. ... and THAT takes a LOT for me to say because I worked in food service and is really reasonable."

"Unlike nearby Toks and Madero, Potzollcalli is often almost empty for breakfast. Too bad, because the breakfast options are great, with packages containing juice, coffee and a donught. They also offer olla coffee, a beautiful alternative. My Chilaquiles con arrachera were delicious and just right. The service can be somewhat inconspicuous."
