"Staff are friendly and when they are not helping someone they are getting work done, making sure the place looks clean and the shelfs aren't empty. Now the food once was hit or miss but now every Friday on my way home I stop in. Pizza is good, burgers are fantastic and all deluxe subs ? ? they have come leaps and bound. Highly recommend giving them a try"

"We have been visiting The Landing for a number of years on our visits to PEI. Good selection of island beer. Friendly local place. Good Island fare----fish, burgers etc. Some nice supplemental items. Tyne Valley is a picturesque small town. There really isn't anything better west of Summerside as far as we are concerned."

"This multi course meal served in a lovely old home featured their home grown vegetables and produce. The host was charming and the food delightful. It was such a treat to have fresh vegetables and enjoy a leisurely dinner."

"We liked the look of the place on their website, however is was not up to expectations. My friend ordered the quiche which was undercooked and very small,the salad consisted of greens and 1 cherry tomato! The soup was delicious but lukewarm. The desserts were underwhelming. The pavlova meringue was chewy. The bread pudding was dry and needed more sauce. The tea was too weak even after steeping. The coffee was fine. The milk needed to be in a bigger jug. The staff were very attentive and pleasant. Some improvements and it would be a lovely place."
