"Etant déçu par l'attitude de l'ancien propriétaire, je ne comptais plus y retourner! Suite au changement de propriétaire, je suis allé manger à nouveau dans le restaurant repris par le chef. L'accueil et le service y sont très amicale, tout en restant respectueux et professionnel, la cuisine et les pizzas sont toujours aussi bonnes. Je dirais simplement que le changement, ça a du bon!"

"We came yesterday to 8 people. We reserved on board the reception in view of the present world what annoyed the gentleman who said that the reception had to stop his methods and that he has only 150 covers. Unfortunately the meal wasn't that. The baeckoeoff was warm, meat not cooked enough, difficult to masticulate and lack of taste. The torched pie lacked cooking, the poultry was cold. He was replaced. No commercial gesture despite the disappointment reported to the waitress. Next time we come to the ecomuseum, we'll get sandwiches."

"We had two very good dinners there. Before you go, be advised there are no English menus, just French and German--good idea to go to the ecomusee website, get the menu and translate before you go. I had chocrute Garni--sauerkraut with four or five pieces...of pork sausages, pork belly, pork shoulder and, I believe, a loin. Wife had Tarte Flambe which is really a thin flatbread, topped with creme fraise, onions, ham and white cheese, then tossed in a really hot oven. Both were very good meals but nothing outstanding. (Imagine an Alsatian Cracker Barrel).Breakfast was euros and was the usual French morning meals--croissants, pain de chocolate, a couple of pastries, cereals, yogurts, sliced cold cuts and some stinky cheese.OK but not memorable."
