The beef filet I ordered was nothing short of perfection. Cooked to absolute precision, each bite melted in my mouth, bursting with exceptional flavors. It exceeded my expectations and left me craving more. A definite must try! While the filets de perches may have been just okay, it was overshadowed by the overall dining experience. Oh, the desserts! It would be a sin not to mention them. The exquisite treats served at Café du Quai were simply divine. Each dessert whisked me away to a heavenly place, indulging my taste buds in pure bliss. Trust me, you wouldn't want to miss out on these heavenly creations. In summary, Café du Quai offers a fantastic dining experience. With its outstanding beef filet, divine desserts, and attentive staff, it is a true gem in Hermance.
