"Sehr nettes Ambiente im Restaurant. Angenehme Chilloutmucke bei entspanntem Prosecco. Gute Speisen! Hätten wir nicht in einem Schwimmbadrestaurant erwartet.Nettes Gelände in dörflichen Umgebung. Urlaub pur abseits des Seetrubels. Wünschen Betreiber und Köchin sowie der netten Serviceleistungen viel Erfolg für die Zukunft. Naturwasser im Bad! Braucht leider schon mal Zeit zur Selbstreinigung. Aber solange es Prosecco gibt..."

"We took a salad and a pizza to share, both exceed our expectations. The restaurant is nice and characteristic. The street were empty but it looked like all the people in Villach went there. It has been really a pleasurable surprise."

"Ci sono capitato per caso cercando un posto dove mangiare vicino Villach, ho visto questo gasthof su un curvone, con una zona interna adibita a parcheggio e mi sono fermato. Appena varcata la porta che conduce nella "corte", mi sembrava di essere tornato indietro di 300 anni....casa a volta, interni in pietra consumate, tavoli in legno grezzo ed altri posizionati lungo il perimetro esterno, cataste di legna posizionate in modo da formare figure...persone che girano nella corte scalzi, botti di vino posizionate in una vecchia stalla e la sagoma di un castello in alto, tutto illuminato di sera.....ma il vero plus, che mi ha emozionato, è vedere che in cucina, ricavata in un bellissimo locale, era perfettamente funzionante sia una cucina che un forno a legna con piastre in ghisa ove bolliva l'acqua e preparavano gli arrosti.....!!! tutte le stanze erano accessibili a mezzo porte con stipiti in marmo consumati dal tempo.....da brividi....la cucina, tipica Carinziana, molto buona, peccato che dal menu scritto in austriaco stretto, non si capiva nulla e siamo andati ad intuito...ma la bellezza del luogo si faceva sentire al di la dei pasti.....penso che lo ricorderò per un bel po.....ah, dimenticavo, prezzi nella media, con "Sgnaps" (grappino) offerto dal ristoratore....cani molto ben accetti, specie fuori, ove non manca una ciotala di acqua fresca...."

"This is a cozy place in nature, a very good spot to have a nice lunch in a tranquil atmosphere. The menu choice is very limited, so their own pasta is excellent. Also, there is a shop where you can buy many different healthy products."

"I had the beef tartare which is basically offered as appetizer but the plate was so huge, it could also be enough for you as main course. Tasted good, also the cordon bleu, which was homemade. Nothing out of the bag, which is nowadays usually in some restaurants (unfortunataly)"

"It isn't going to be more authentic Austrian then this restaurant. Good food, good service. But just a little bit too fast. The menu is full of Austrian top food, and the cook know how to handle it. But still, it is not my kind of beer."

"Restaurant with great atmosphere, friendly staff AND excellent meals. Although everything is good there (we are visiting Jedermann several times a year), in particular excellent is the pastrami steak (consult the staff what it is). If you like a steak that's melting on your tongue, served in a way that also the eyes are happy, you have to try it. BTW, all other dishes are fine as well."

"The waiters and waitresses were really kind and friendly, but the food wasnt as good as them. We have ordered a Cordon Blue with fries and a Wienerschnitzel. The meat was accaptable, but the fries were kinda dry and plain. Those home lemonades which we’ve...also ordered were sweet, but drinkable."

"If you want to eat there you must book a table. Or you can show up without a call and be lucky to get a table. I have always enjoyed the Steak with some side dishes. It is a very rustical restaurant but the food...is really good. If you can make it possible to eat the biggest steak on the menue, you will be named as one of the few who can manage to do so."
