"The Avanti has recently published a new menu, so I decided to use the offer in the snack again because I had no desire to cook. The small snack room is simply furnished, except for me there were no other guests. I ordered the Avanti salad: mixed salad, ham, egg, sheep cheese, corn, paprika, peperoni and yogurt dressing. Since everything was prepared in the refrigerator, I received my salad very quickly. He was very nice. Tastefully everything was so good, but I had to throttle the dressing a little. The peperoni were somewhat too soft, the paprika strips were introduced from the can (I had expected fresh), and the "small part" for 5,00 could have been a little bigger for this price and with more sheep cheese. The prices for a normally large pizza (28 cm) are 4.50 to 7.50 € in the usual price range."

"Just a few minutes drive from Warburg, the “Gasthof Zum Pferdestall” is located in the Welda district, a typical village guest house with bourgeois cuisine, which is not only visited by the villagers. I went to dinner several times. Therefore, several visits are summarized here. From the outside, the old well maintained department store looks very appealing. There are some parking spaces on the street behind the house. Immediately opposite the entrance you can get on the counter, left and right of it are the guest tables, with the left space being a little separated from the counter. Celebrations and meetings can take place in a space. During each visit the restaurant was well visited. The guest room looks as if you imagine a village pub, surrounding corner benches, brewery chairs, but padded. On the naked tables are simple corners, thin yellow napkins, a green plastic blanket with green candle and a white porcelain massage with salt, pepper, vinegar and oil. Two middle men run the restaurant, one stands in the kitchen his man, the other takes care of the service area and the counter. Friendly, polite and flink he serves his guests and asks if everything is okay and clearly has the good of his guests in sight. The menu (to see on the homepage) offers everything that is a bourgeois cuisine, especially carving (also in other than the usual types of preparation and pump steaks with a value for money that is really good. All the main dishes are also smaller. During the last two visits with various accompaniments the following dishes were eaten: baked champignon heads with Koblauchdipp (4.90 € as an appetizer, nothing global but good to eat with the dip, which looks majonaise elastic, but it is not. “Tiroler Schnitzel” baked with tomatoes and cheese, French pommes and mixed salad (11,90 € : Two hand-sized carvings of delicate, well seasoned meat, the panade despite the tomatoes lying thereon and the baked spicy cheese still quite crispy. The frits well seasoned, crisp, barely see fat. The mixed salad is an iceberg salad with some tomato carvings and cucumber slices, the sauce is probably a somewhat renovated finish dressing, but overall okay. From 11.00 a.m. to 14.00 a.m. “Futtering like with mothers” and this is: Roulade with supplements (10.90 € Very delicate, well decorated beef filled with all that mothers have already filled, bacon, onions, spice cucumbers, plus the delicious sauce as it should be. In red cabbage, no “masks” hit the cooking point, very sweet, very lightly thickened, as with mothers, as I like. Every Thursday is Rumpsteak Day: Rumpsteak with 2 supplements by choice for €12.50 (e.g. € 17.50, e.g. Rumpsteak with herbal butter and foil potato with herbal tea and salad I had ordered my steak medium rarely and so it came to the table, of good meat quality with fine roasted flavors, perfectly seasoned, for me a quite large part. Prima Steak! The herb tip wasn't exactly my case because I didn't taste herbs. Because the steak was almost too big for me, I didn't need so much of it. Another time I had a carving of roast potatoes as a supplement and they were perfect for me. Delicious, well roasted, with bacon and onions, very lightly greasy, perfectly seasoned, recommended! There is nothing to complain about cleanliness in the rooms! Conclusion: More than fair prices for dishes in large portions of neat quality in rustic ambience. It was remarkable that a number of guests had ordered by phone and that many dishes were picked up. Talk for this place!"

"When they walk from the marketplace of the new city, they will automatically become the large old factory house of the family blome, whose dark red color is already noticeable by far. the caffeine is kept by the equipment rather in traditional style. here you can enjoy delicious coffee in various variations in a cozy atmosphere. daily there is a large selection of fresh torts, cakes and pastries from own production. the delicious creamspots, especially the self-created “Badische Pflaumensahne” of the junior cook is a denser! every day there is a lunch court of German cuisine, excellent home cooking with possible “aftertaste” and a dessert or salat, and this at a very reasonable price (between 6.90 and 10,00 €). I have already eaten various lunches, all highly recommended. I especially like to eat the matjesfilets by housewife type with bratkartoffeln or salt potatoes. in summer the beautiful garden is open, which unfortunately cannot be seen from the street (they go through the caffeine . a part of the garden is covered, in hot days it is never too warm here, as large old trees donate a lot. in the back part of the garden is a terrace from which you have a beautiful view of the old town. in the summer is grilled here on Wednesday evening and on the weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). the offer of meat specialties (e.g. filetspieß, huh, bauchfleisch, chicken breast fillets, crooked, bratwurst for the big charcoal grill is great and of very good quality. I have often participated in these grills. they go to the cool counter, look for a piece of meat or a sausage, which is then grilled on the charcoal grill. as soon as the meat is at all, they can come from the salattheke, there are two different sauces and broth. I like to eat the grilled palate with salad and brot (see photo.) the pictured part to get rich costs, say and write only 4,90 €! so a very cost-effective and tasty pleasure, especially with freshly tapped beer!"

"The “Delphi” is located in a historical building, in the so-called “Eckmänneken”, the oldest semi-concrete house of Westphalia from 1471, and was once the guild house of the bakery. The restaurant is located in the immediate vicinity of the “Kufo-Keller”, the event room of the cultural forum of Warburg and when an event is over, I usually have a little hunger and then go to the “Delphi” to eat a little more. The restaurant has two floors, and as you know from semi-concrete houses, the ceilings are quite low. And since the tables are arranged relatively close to each other, the feeling of the narrowness can occur, especially when the restaurant is full. In addition, there is a lot of decoration, artificial plants and vines and statues that are not necessarily any taste. Chef Petra and her team welcome every guest very kindly, bring one to the table and a welcome-ouzo is quickly there, along with the menu that is quite extensive and offers all typical Greek dishes. I am not necessarily a fan of Greek cuisine, but the appetizers and small things I like to eat here, especially the seafood salad I chose for my last visit. All components were tender and without "Gummier" at the Calamares, the marinade is well seasoned, but I still like it acid. Overall not excellent, but a good, solid quality. Parking is available in the area."

"In 2015, I had written a contribution to Don Pepe, shortly after the opening, when there were still some start-up difficulties that have been solved for a long time. Many times I have visited this restaurant in the last four years and it is now really time to finally get my overall very positive experiences on paper. Anyone who likes department stores will like to eat in this ambience, because typical Spanish is certainly not. The restaurant in a late Gothic civic house (1519/1520 is very central to the Kath. Church at the Neustadtmarktplatz. The guest expects a healthy ambience in mostly black and white. The exposed high wooden beams are in black striking, leading from the floor to the ceiling on the first floor. The restaurant has two levels, on the ground floor is the counter, a small free space on the left side (also suitable for smaller groups and several table groups on the right side. A staircase in the middle of the room leads to the open 1st floor, in which the tables are grouped as in a gallery along a railing. Thank you for some favors and help, a friend here invited me for lunch. We were kindly received and led to our reserved table. The menus and tapas were served quickly, as well as the immediately ordered soft wheat (3.60 € from the local brewery came well at our table tempered. The service is very friendly, well checked and works fast, but not always error-free (no trained professionals). Some misunderstandings are probably due to inadequate German skills. Against or for the first hunger is served here as a greeting from the kitchen Pan con Ali-Oli, a homemade garlic canonnaise with fresh, crispy ciabatta or baguette discs. This aioli is so light, so creamy, with the exact correct amount of garlic, easy to kneel! As an appetizer we shared a part of Pimientos Padron (4,80 €), the small Bratpaprikaschotes, originally from the Galician village of Padrón, with coarse Fleur de Sal, mild and fruity, without sharp pepper, a very good start. My companion had already pre-ordered a Paella Mixto with meat and fish at a table reservation. However, there are only 2 persons (28 €). Don't do that, the rest would provide for two more food at home. We served the mixed side salad in front of the main dish with iceberg, Lolo Rosso, a cocktail tomato and a thick cucumber disc. The salad blends with a well chopped honey mustard dress. Rucola, herbs, but not too bitter, is insulated with a dark balsamico that is well harmonized with the balsamico. And then the Paella pan came: with heart and mussels, a few in shells and also without, two whole gambs in the shell and several smaller without, chicken breast fillet, Calamares rings and many pieces from Calamares cups, as vegetable bass and paprika strips, beautifully crispy. The rice is even, but not too soft, but nice grainy. Meat or fish are beautifully delicate and all the fragrances are pleasant for spices and the aromas of various ingredients. My companion likes me personally, the rice was too salty. For me there were Calamares Plancha with mixed salad and potato fruits (14.90 €). The plate looked good, a pleasant garlic fragrance rose into my nose. In both pipes the tip end was a little firmer but still good to chew, but the majority was tender, with very light lemon flavor and much slightly roasted coblue slices, also a bit in the aioli, really good! The frits perfect, but I just ate some of them as I wanted to enjoy as dessert my Spanish favorite dessert: Crema Catalana (4.50 € The homemade vanilla cream with warm caramel crust and is just as she should be inside soft and creamy, easy to taste for vanilla and lemon and not too sweet, top good cuddies. Often eaten here and always good! As a conclusion a hot, aromatic espresso for 2.00 € The following tapas I have eaten here several times and again very liked! Gambas al ajillo (10,80 €) My absolute favourite tapa: Yarns cooked in olive oil with garlic, pikantly, I enjoyed several times here. In the Cazuela, the typical Spanish tone shell, the Gambas perfectly boiled, the garlic oil hot and spicy, I don't need a chili shake in it. Boquerones a la vinagreta (4,90 € I love these anchovy fillets marinated in vinegar and garlic olive oil, with a lot of perejíl as I have often eaten them in Spain. Solid meat, well pulled in the ÖL vinegar vinegar, nicely sour with plenty of garlic taste. Decorated with two green and two black colored olives and a lemon carving. I always like to eat this boquerone. Boquerones fritos (5,80 € fried anchovies also belong to my favorite tapas. Well baked, hot and crispy came the about fifteen former navals, without being dry. With lemon juice, the rest of Aioli, a poem! Pulpo a la gallego (10,50 €) This well-known preparation of the octopus can be found practically in all Spanish tapasbars. The octopode, cooked in a relatively complicated way and then cut small, is buttery, sprinkled with sweet pepper powder, the Spanish Pimentón, and a good olive oil, and served lukewarm on slices of boiled potatoes. Enjoy! Salpicón de marisco (4,50 €) A seafood salad, predominantly made from pulp cubes and two gambes, placed in spicy garlic oil, with pepper, tomato pieces, glazed onions and parsley. I tasted very good, but here I want a greater variation of seafood. Patatas bravas (3,50 € potato corner with the homemade aioli and the spicy spicy salsa Brava, which is not visible on the photo. A simple dish, simple and packing potatoes in egg, well seasoned and juicy and in combination with the two sauces extremely tasty. Costillas de cerdo 4,50 € Pig Rib type of house, the ribbing cooked and then briefly grilled, the meat is appealingly seasoned and taste really good with the overcrowded Salsa Brava, but could be a bit tenderer. Empanadillas con atún 4,80 €, dough pockets filled with tuna were the two dough pockets quite large and perhaps a bit too long or too hot baked because the dough was hardly to cut, especially not the edge and overall very dry. The filling tasted clearly on tuna, but I could not recognize or taste other ingredients, as there was too little filling for my taste. Once eaten, but I won't order anymore. Short conclusion: At any time like again! There is a lot to try!"
