"Pizza was delicious and met my standards. I asked for a vegetarian without mozzarella and it came after 15 minutes. HOWEVER: Customer experience was low and quite disappointing. We were 3, we came 1h before the closing time on a Saturday. Some tables were still available. We entered Pizzeria and had to wait 10 minutes before the two waiters would talk to us. After I got her attention, I talked to one of them to ask if we could have a table. I apologised not to book in advance, and he told me, at least one thing you're right! I was shocked for such a comment. I understand it was the end of his working day, maybe he was tired or frustrated, but his approach unfortunately ruined the enjoyment of the pizza. I will give Vecchia Napoli a second opportunity, because pizza is good and the place has a mood, but I hope Vecchia Napoli will learn from my feedback and will not disappoint me."
