"The worst customer service I have ever experienced, a tourist trap and a scandal for French culinary art. my cocktail fell on me, no apologies or help, after the waiter: it's just water. immediately afterwards we had to confirm the starter order. request a technical printer problem. the main course served before we clear the table from the starters, we had to move the empty plates of ourselves to get more space and comfort. we asked about brot several times and had to get it from ourselves, additionally we asked about water and never got it. the melted camembert was too cold and bad in quality (they can believe me as a l'm of normandie) mistakes on the main course order, after which we persisted we had a tartare without dressing due to the fact that the kitchen was closed, it was not a possibility to prepare French pommes especially for us, again no excuses. the tartare was already too salted to be edible. the scallops were incredibly small and overcooked. mäuse ran through the restaurant, according to manager it is no problem at all. we have decided to go before the main course is completed. in the affirmation of the director, we faced a decreasing behavior and the manager preferably leave in comfort of distraction and refused to grant us any commercial gesture. incredible!"
