"We had prosecco and Bruscheta as entree and for main dish i ordered the seafood platter (Grigliata mista di Pesce) with fried zuchinni as side order of my choise instead of parsley potato and my husband had grilled Monkfish with Polenta. It was so delicious...and fresh. The service is outstanding , staff are friendly. Price very reasonable. No wonder the place is fully booked , we are lucky to get a table without reservation. Highly recommended and if you‘re looking for authentic Italian Food this is the place to be."

"We were looking for a place for lunch. We asked if an English menu available. Yes. The prices looked to be very reasonable, so we decided to try this place. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the salad and pasta dishes. We...asked for their recommendation for red wine and that too was an excellent choice. Well worth a visit."

"Very good quality food and large portion sizes. Asked for the vegetable fried rice to be without egg and it was done no problem. Everything was so fresh. Takeaway boxes seemed to be very popular at a reasonable price (7-11CHF). Whilst expected the menu was in german, but it was a little hard to communicate when the waiter didn’t understand part of what we were asking for, however she could also speak some English which would be beneficial for those with no german knowledge. Szechuan chicken very good along with the Thai red curry. One thing to note is that the prices do reflect the prices of the whole country so do seem extortionate for us from the UK, however in terms of Swiss prices, the cost was pretty good. (18CHF for fried rice) We would return again."

"I appreciate the variety of vegan options mishio offers, unusual for the average omnivore restaurant. 3 vegan noodle dishes, 2 tofu dishes, 2 side dishes and more. eating isn't unbelievable, almost fast food quality. the noodles were ok, but the since then had a sponge texture and the sweet and acidic sauce was like an average that they can buy in food business. overall not great, but also not the worst."

"Cosy enviroment, friendly staff, good food (I had the entrecote and the wienerschinitzel). For dessert I had a panna cota wich was delicious. Only downside of the place was a lack of an English menu (French and German only). Prices were on the same range...as all the other restaurants I've visited in Switzerland (a little more expensive than other countries)"

"Wir waren am sonntag im bits&bites brunchen. das buffet war übersichtlich. leider gab es nur züpfe & 1 brot zur auswahl. die konfitüren waren falsch angeschrieben. das rührei und der speck waren sehr gut. kaffee & tee aus dem automaten. käseauswahl war gut. kaffeemaschinen waren lange ohne wasser...da sich keiner blicken liess. was sehr schlecht war, war die bedienung. haben ca. 5 minuten gewartet bis mal jemand kam und uns zu unserem reservierten tisch zu führen. danach haben wir nie mehr eine bedienung gsehen...es wurde nichts abgeräumt oder nachgefragt. und das ganze hat dann pro person 45.--!! gekostet...viel zu teuer - leider werden wir hier nie mehr brunchen gehen!"

"Sind wieder einmal in Bern gewesen und haben im Ambassador übernachtet.Saune war aufgeheizt und sehr angenehm. Der Pool könnte für meine Verhältnisse wärmer sein.War alles sehr gut und alles hat geklappt. Für uns der Ort in Bern um die Stadt und die Umgebung zu Erlaufen.Immer gerne wieder"
