"My wife and I had supper here this evening. It was a crazy hot day in Halifax and luckily this place has AC. We started with the Meze sampler which was stellar. Each dish was flavourful and unique. The pita were not that great but as a whole we were pleased with the starter. My wife had the chicken special and I went with the lamb. Both meals were well portioned and consisted of a side of Turkish green salad, rice, and the meat. The service was great and each of the young ladies working was friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and will happily return the next time we are in Halifax."

"I couldn't say enough good things about it. Aside from being a regular customer, we had our post-wedding supper here. The service couldn't have been better, and the food was out of this world. Even our visitors from Toronto said it was as good or better than anything they found in the city. I already can't wait to go back!"

"Lunch at Fred's is in a small space wedged between the hair salon and the front door. The other side is now home to Statement Furniture. A mix that seems to work okay but compared to the old format dining seems like the odd man out. Food is still good. Orzo salad always my favourite and once and awhile a cupcake is worth the calories!"
