"I live 200m away, and have been here 3 times or so, always giving it a 'second chance'. Staff? Cannot be bothered. Uneducated on the drinks and menu, plus operate like a basic canteen! Food.. so la la... Drinks?! Simply forget it, unless you like wine that tastes like vinegar, because they unfortunately do not realize that an open red is ok to keep around on the warm shelf 'for a day or so'... "To meet an old mate again, the road led me to Cologne Ehrenfeld: The district is located in the west of Cologne and has been part of the city since 1888. A real veedel. In Ehrenfeld, the houses of the citizens from the founding period, the monuments and the war building gaps from the 1950s and 1960s are filled. A view is the residential tower of Herkules Hochhaus from the 1970s. The former part of the labour and industrial city has today a high proportion of people from all over the world. The business image with Turkish and Italian shops and shops is correspondingly diverse. But also companies of owners from the Middle and Far East as well as from Africa are not rare. Ehrenfeld has a very lively cultural scene with theatres, restaurants and pubs. Therefore we stayed near the rental apartment and visited the restaurant “See”. It is located near the main road through the district (Venloer Strasse in a side road (Philippstraße). So in a residential area. The restaurant used to be the pub on site – white tiled outer surface, lumens, beer coats (Gaffel testify). "Wir waren 20 min nach Öffnung da und die Urige Eckkneipe platzte fast aus allen Nähten. Ich denke das spricht für sich. Wir ergattern noch 2 Sitzplätze und wurden prompt und nett bedient. Super Essen. Große Portionen. In der Zeit sind als mehr Gäste gekommen die der Wirt immer nett erklärt hat das er leider voll sei. Professioneller Umgang mit Kunden. Bei unseren nächsten Besuch in der Lanxess Arena werden wir bestimmt wieder vorbei schauen und vorher reservieren!"

"We were skeptical at first. Decided to give it a try. SO GLAD WE DID! The best dish on the menu is Chilli Colorado. A littlevspucy so make sure to get sour cream to go with it. Never thought we could get mexican food this...good in Germany. The service was interesting. Instead of having one dedicated server, multiple staff took care of us. We would definitely go there again"
