"Our family from 4 went to Velour, as it was near our hotel. It has changed property and is no longer an Italian restaurant. It is traditional Vietnamese cuisine. The owner is Vietnamese. You and 1 waiter have given us a lot of attention as there were only 1 other tables of customers, and so they went along the menu with us line. That was 8:00, so we didn't think much about an empty restaurant. We were not excessively hungry, so we had ordered an appetizer to share, and two dishes we would share. None of them wrote down our order. She brought the appetizers on two plates. Then they brought out 4 meals (4 completely different items from the menu, of which we had ordered 2). We told the waiter we had only ordered 1 appetizer and 2 meals. The waiter felt bad and said he would try to see if he would not charge us for one of the meals. Apparently, she said no. Then she came out and asked if the food was good. We told her that it was, but our order was wrong because we had only ordered 2 meals. She was completely unwilling to compromise with us and never realized that she had made a mistake. She charged us for 2 appetizers and 4 meals. I felt like she tried to put more and more food on us. I'd like to say it was a language barrier, but I think she just pulled us a quick one. Everything said and done, the food was good, but we ended up with remnants that we didn't really want and we paid too much for this meal."
