"Absolutely terrible!! placed an online order which was ready for 12:05, arrived at 12:10 and they stated that it was going to be atleast a 15 minute wait. The staff was turning customers away, then bitching about them when they left. Then they made a walk in order while I was still waiting 15 minutes past my order pick up time. When I got home I discovered that they made the completely wrong sandwiches. Left off toppings that were ordered, put on the wrong cheese. They didn't even toast the sub for my pregnant wife like ordered. I called to ask for a refund and they said that I needed to bring in the subs to verify that they were wrong."
