"Despite making a reservation well in advance, we were given a terrible seat towards the back and in the middle of the floor, despite specifically requesting a quiet table. When I politely asked the host if we could be moved to a booth or another table, she immediately told me no, leaving me feeling disappointed. The workers at the hostess desk showed no empathy and were unwilling to accommodate us, making us feel disregarded and frustrated.To make matters worse, they eventually moved us to another table right at the entrance, in the walkway where everyone who came in walked past. The constant movement around us was incredibly disruptive, and I was bumped three times during dinner, which was extremely annoying. Unable to tolerate the situation any longer, I requested to speak with the manager.Finally, the manager attempted to rectify the situation by pulling another table over so that no one could walk near us, which was a small gesture of relief. However, the overall experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I have no intention of returning to this restaurant in the future."
