"Four of my family went to Texas Roadhouse. The waitress was totally rude and very unfriendly. It was about 3:00. They were not busy. We ran out of drinks repeatedly. She just didn't check back with us very often at all.I ordered a filet cooked medium. I received a medium rare to rare steak. I sent it back and received the correctly cooked medium. It was delicious!"

"We love this place. We have our favorites that we tend to order each time. I had the grilled barbecue chicken with fresh vegetables and buttered corn. My wife ordered a steak medium rare with green beans and salad. When her steak arrived, she cut into it and discovered it was medium well and not medium rare. Mistakes happen. What sets this apart is how professionally and courteously the staff handled it. Our waitress saw the steak and immediately agreed it was not as ordered. She apologized and got the order in immediately. When the replacement steak arrived, the staff member cheerfully stood and waited for my wife to cut into it to make sure it was as ordered. They truly made us feel valued. All of this aside, the quality of the food is always top notch. My grilled chicken was tender and moist. The vegetable sides were fresh and very good. My wife's steak was tender, moist and very flavorful. The salad and green beans were delicious as well. This place really is a great value for your dining dollar."

"Loved it! The steak kabobs were tender and unexpectedly delicious I'm not sure why I expected anything less because I've never had an unpleasant experience going to any of the locations with one little exception: you have to catch the right person making their chocolate cake however at this location that was not a concern because the chocolate cake was supremely delicious!"
