"Went there earlier this week for a catch up with a couple of old friends. Whilst overheard conversations around the bar hinted darkly of market stresses' and credit crunches' the chelsea crowd were determined to enjoy their tuesday evening and the place was as packed as ever. We got there for around and, with about a minute wait for a table (no reservations), ordered a bottle of Montepulciano from their well priced wine menu and stood jawing at the bar. Service was fantastic throughout the meal and as soon a table became availiable we were ushered through.Started with the whitebait special and had a great ribeye for main. Total for the of us with starters, mains, sides (no desert) and of good wine came to about summary, Sophies is friendly, warm and and packed with the well-groomed year old Chelsea crowd. Not somewhere I'd suggest for a romantic first date, but good for a fun evening out with friends."

"Now this served a burger and a 3 fish taste board. A nice restaurant right on the side of Könige Kreuzstation. Fabulous food well cooked and delicious. Only a few Ipa on offer, but you were brewing local camden such a nice note (it was a Fab beer to Camden Hell). You can see the grills clearly when in this section. A nice touch at the bar stool area is power plug and USB sockets for laptops phones etc. There are stands and a large upper dining area. It's part of the hotel. Really good food, also beautifully decorated. Recommended"

"Delicious steak, cooked to perfection. Partner had never been and he loved it. The value, compared to other steak restaurants particularly for the location, is fantastic £13 for steak, £8 cocktails and around £5 for (very tasty) sides. The peppercorn sauce is also amazing, quite small so had to order 2 but so worth it for £1 each. Service was great and there’s a lovely buzz throughout the restaurant. You also get free ice cream at the end!"
