"This is our 3rd time at this restaurant. I would typically give it 5 stars, but this time was definitely different. I typically order the surf and turf-ribeye and scallops. this time it was awful. The steak had more fat than steak and cutting into the meat was challenging. The meat was stringy, tough to cut and not as flavorable as a ribeye should be. I order ribeye because of the marbling that adds extra flavor. I ordered rare-to medium rare. When the steak was delivered, the server did not ask me to cut into the steak to make sure it is cooked to your liking . If she had, i would have said, what the heck, I can hardly cut into it . Anyway, I did tell the server, but did not send it back. I did not eat much of it by my husband said he would take it home to fry with eggs.: . I am not giving up on them but hoping this isn 't their new norm with inflation etc. Seems the quality of meat was subpar for a steakhouse . May getting the meat from a cheaper supplier???"
