"We planned our travel route from Colorado to Europe to include a stopover in Frankfurt to be sure we had a chance to eat at Shandis. We ate at Babam the year before and met Masoud who was an absolute gem. Our dinner at Shandis remains one of our best meals in our 5 week travel through Germany,Italy and France. We talked about our meal so many times- We are already planning another trip so we can visit all 3 of their restaurants . Hands down the best Persian food we have come across. Respectfully Bijan Makooi"

"Saffron is a restaurant with traditional Persian cuisine with two large sections of its menu dedicated to vegan and vegetarian cuisine. the vegan assorted plate was my choice to go as I had never had Persian food. the aromen were complex and rich and very different from what I had eaten before. also, as the plate consisted of small rations of different dishes, it was a fun experience, as all the aromen were different. the personal was very friendly and helped us also choose what to order. the portions are large and it could be worth sharing a plate and a small began between 2 people."
