"The Brasserie restaurant located on the ground floor of Club Burwood offers bistro style dining with a menu that includes everything from burgers, grills, pizza and pasta to the obligatory schnitzel and seafood platter with a smattering of Asian dishes thrown in for good measure. Pricing is on par with most club restaurants and portion sizes are generous. Kids always enjoy the lasagna. On this particular occasion, the lamb roast was a bit dry but all the other meals were fine."

"What this sushi roll store does differently from generic sushi stores is this one sushi that caught my eye: seaweed salad mixed in with the rice! Yay!<br>
It was a choice that I am very confident and happy to state I would not ever regret!<br>
The seaweed is the same ingredient as from the seaweed salad, I am often familiar seeing in more Korean restaurants than Japanese-only. The flavours burst and enhanced the overall sushi flavours.<br>
The other roll was a black rice tuna roll. I would say the Tuna was mixed in with Japanese mayonnaise and generous amounts of it also, providing with a pleasant taste. They were both very well-made. The interesting part to this is that I purchased these two at 7pm. Not sure when they were made but it didn't have the usual dried texture of sushi that's been sitting out all day exposed to air.<br>
Well done Hero Sushi Burwood! I'll be back for more!<br>

[Re-edit] and so I have! The Nigiri inaris are pretty yummy. The Takoyaki was a tad disappointing as it was not grilled to create an outer crunchy texture. Others were average though decent to eat.<br>

[Re-edit 2nd March]. It was 5pm and the small nigiri toppings were dried up causing the sushi to be unenjoyable and tougher (as expected as if it has been sitting there all day). Wasn't the best experience after a few great ones but not too keen on returning now as the prices remained at full price at late afternoon on a Wednesday evening!"

"There are so many great pizza and pasta restaurants in Sydney. Unfortunately this is not one of them. <br>

Gluten free pizza: I was told when placing order that the gluten free base was made in-store. So decided to try gluten free pizza. The topping was nothing to rave about. <br>
Upon paying the bill I was charged $5 for a "bought-in base" - no, not made in-store. You can liken the pizza to a McCains pizza from your childhood. <br>
Prawn risotto, average. <br>
The herb dressing over powered the taste of the salad. <br>
For the price, I would recommend eating elsewhere."

"Had dinner here on Saturday night with my family. We had the mixed seafood and mixed meat plate. This dish consisted of: mussells, calamari, fries, perch fillet, prawns and steak. All of the items above were cooked well and tasted delicious. The place is obviously very popular by the number of people who frequent this joint every hour. This place was packed the whole time. The staff were friendly and provided great customer service. Our food arrived within 30 minutes, despite the busy atmosphere of the cafe. Overall, I highly recommend everyone to try this place."

"Love this place bread and filling always fresh, lovely smile from the girls all the time. Food much better and cheap here compare to the other bakeries around. I have lunch here at least 4 times a week. <br>

"Yes it's in a food court but has the tastiest chicken vindaloo i ever had and being of Indian desent i have had quite a few. Big chunks of moist chicken and a delicious spicy gravy without the overpowering taste of vinegar that some places go overboard with. I often just get the vindaloo without rice for dinner with my husband. Also have my work mate addicted to it! Palak paneer spicy and flavoursome but would like the paneer to be fried. Goat curry is also a must try."
