"Let me start with stating the obvious: this is the best restaurant in Cedar City, amen and amen. The aroma of charring crust and garlic tempt you from a couple of blocks away. Once ensnared, there’s no escaping Centro. Our waitress, Liv, was a delight, encouraging us to share a salad and go half/half on our pizza selection. We got the arugula salad. The lemon vinaigrette that dressed it had just enough sweetness to compliment the peppery arugula and cool you off from the Cedar City heat. The Parmesan in the salad was robust. One side of our pizza was fennel sausage and the other the white pizza, a glorious homage to garlic. The fennel sausage was herbaceous and played well against the light char on the crust. The white pizza was a star. The garlic and cheeses were a rollicking mix of flavor and texture. Loved every bite. Big bonus that Centro is not a Pepsi (swill) shop like essentially every other establishment here and the Diet Coke flowed freely. If you’re in Cedar City, book a table at Centro. It’s outstanding."

"Customer service was good. The waiter we had was on point. Very observant to the patients needs of when drinks and chips needed to filled. Did not constantly ask if everything is OK. Allowed us to have our table with no interruption. Ordered loaded potatoes with bacon and without cheese and chives. Came out cold, she immediately removed it and brought one steaming hot. Then I was able to enjoy the soup. My daughter bought the same loaded potatoes with cheese and bacon, without chives. Hers was good at perfect temperature to enjoy. My hubby orders the waffle with chicken abs jalapeños he said it was very. Very flavorful. Felt the serving was to much for one sitting."

"I almost always use the drive. I like the employees who edit the window. They are easy to understand via the speakers. The speakers are never static-y or evenbled. It takes a few minutes on the window because everything is made fresh to order. I get a little known from the menu item: seafood salad is full of salad, red onions, black olives, mini-shrimp, a healthy part of imitation cancer, and 4 tomato quarter slices. They also put a comminuted Cheddar cheese, but I usually request that the refill be omitted. Your choice of dressings on the side. It has been on their menu for years, but as they expand their menu to a wide range of taste, burgers, corn dogs, baked heal butt, roasted shrimps, and so much more. They have slightly baked chicken rings, mini-maishunds or traditional cheeseburgers for the children. There are different sized shakes with a variety of flavors or mix-ins. Soda and juice drinks. It is well kept to cleanliness. In any case, it is worth checking."

"Sorry for the long post, but I'm beyond words... We have always loved Brunos, especially their sandwiches. We generally go there once a week or so on average. The combo is my favorite and my wife loves the salami one. Ordered four sandwiches, two combos and a salami and a chicken sandwich. Halfway home to Enoch, checked the sandwiches and, I couldn't believe what I saw. Salami had literally three pieces of rancid salami and the chicken was BURNT! We went back and were told that they have changed their portions and that's just the way the sandwiches are now. They offered a couple of extra salami pieces and some extra lettuce, but no offer to make it again or make it right. $48.00 plus a two dollar tip for this nonsense. The girl called the manager, no offer to make the sandwiches right or any other compensation or apology. She just kept repeating that this is the new portion size. $11.00!!!! I can't believe it. Another restaurant I have to cross off my list. I'm done with restaurants here. This one breaks my heart the most because we've come here for years. Then they tried to give me a gift Certificate instead of a refund! Based on how we were treated, they clearly don't care about retaining any customers. NEVER GOING BACK!!!"

"The smoothies are fantastic at this place, but service absolutely needs to improve. Just by asking for cup holder because I got 8 smoothies in total Wich is common sense a cup holder, the lady gave me her attitude and rudeness. but again absolutely recommend the place smoothies are delicious ."
