"A big surprise. We were warmly received, and were able to taste 2 salted pancakes with very surprising but excellent tastes. A big address to Clermont in a crowded little street but which deserves to be known. I highly recommend"

"Yesterday we arrived at 6:55 pm and asked for a table for two persons. The waiter asked if we had a reservation. We haven't. He sad there is no free table. But none of the tables had an indication to be reserved. We found another restaurant and just for interest checked back at 8:15 pm the restaurant wasn't even half full. Seems they want to avoid business."

"A traditional authentic cuisine with a ratio of quality prices to the rdv. a very correct wine card with a variety in the proposal and there are also quite affordable prices. do not stop at a reception that can be a brake, because you discover a small traditional restaurant room with a very present and rather friendly boss. To conclude, when we get home, we want to get back, but when we tried, we want to come back."

"We visited this restaurant several times during our 2 week stay in Clermont Ferrand. We liked the quality vs quantity vs price combination. If you like cold fizzy water then this is provided on tap for free. The starters were mainly salad although there were options such as quiche that could be heated in the microwave. The choice and quality was good and it was tempting to over fill the plate when feeling hungry, or even have a second plate. The quality of the main courses was variable. The best ones were the ones that were cooked to order, such as a burger and a steak. The other dishes were pre-prepared and kept on warming plates, which meant they were more likely to have cooled down and dried out a bit. The chips were generally fresh and hot. The other veg was more variable, although generally tasty. There was a selection of sauces.The choice of deserts included cakes, mousse, ice cream and fruit. There were even some sweets if you prefer.If you’re feeling hungry and want to fill up for around €10 to €11 then I’d highly recommend this place."

"This bar/restaurant is located in an easy to find open opposite the city center next to the tram and the train station gaillard. the plat du jour is good enough for a rich lunch with a rather unique local taste (creamed earlyling huhn sauteed kartoffel quadrate .green salat). the waitress knows to speak English and this is a plus for foreigners. for a value of 12 euro they have dessert a main course. Of course, the experience would be without a cup of coffee (1.40 euro for the most basic). I can't say now that the difference between the restaurants is my first assessment for local French cuisine. they are open from Monday Saturday."
