"Chicken teriyaki and gyoza are very tasty! Nice owner, too. I tend to order from them once a week. The only issue I've had is that, very occasionally, perhaps 5 times in 3 years, they forget to include the gyoza dipping sauce with my to-go order. No big deal, humans aren't perfect!"

"So I walk in, and they try to overcharge me by $12 and then there's no customers in here at all and they literally sat down and had a 30 minute lunch before they made my food, with still no customers anywhere in sight I have now been waiting over at least 35 minutes and they're just now starting to cook my food still no customers this is the worst service why am I waiting so long and why did they take a break before they cooked the customer's food? Very displeased totally ridiculous and totally unnecessary it should have been done in a good 15-20 minutes and now I'm going to end up waiting 40 minutes being told a way to a half an hour after I've already waited 20 minutes!!!"

"I've been here a couple of times but this time it was a little disappointing. The braesola starter which I love really saved up on the mushrooms. And they were plain old mushrooms, not the fabulous wild mushrooms they had in the past. I was amazed. The pasta specifically was salty and dry. The fried calamari and prawns were very salty too. The quality of the food that goes into the meals is really top notch. In their defense, we went there right after the holiday weekend and maybe it was a little different. It won't stop us from coming back in the hope that it was an anomaly rather than the norm."

"I hate to say this because this place is such a beautiful location, but the food and service were both terrible. I had some kind of crab dip as an app and it was so greasy it looked like something that came out of an oil pan. I figured, no big deal I just ordered the wrong thing. For the main course I ordered the garlic shrimp with potatoes and green beans. For you’d think it wouldn’t look like it came out of a microwave. But it did. Seemed like it was sitting under a heat lamp or something for a while. I tried it anyway nope potatoes were greasier than at a late night diner would serve. Waiter had his mask under his nose and just seemed irritated the whole time. My date’s pizza looked like it came out of a volcano. Trying to be polite I still tipped and everything, but was pretty peeved that I just spent a total of on food that I threw in the garbage. So yeah. Not a place I’ll be visiting again"

"9 Delicacies is at the end of the strip mall behind the McDonald 's. We were worried we were in the wrong place, but we weren 't! Fast food Korean, but not too fast, but not sit down slow . Real food made in a real kitchen and if you dine-in you eat on real plates with real utensils. Four dinners and we got 3 bulgogi plates and 1 original chicken sandwich without fries (fries cost extra, but he wasn 't hungry enough to add fries). Next time we 'll have to get the legs; which were obviously a favorite from the feature on the menu and the other diners ' plates."
