"This is no longer the Jolly Roger tea room. Now it is the painfully generic and boring tea at the dock. He lost all the peculiarities that made it unique, and also reduced the quality of the food, especially in the bowls and the selection of tea has gone from being amazing to normal English breakfast, Earl Grey, etc. It is very sad to see a fall of what was one of the best places in Exeter to have a cream tea, and now it is just a boring corporate coffee without charm or singularity."

"We had a lovely family dinner during our stay in Devon. We had a large family (approx 26 people) and Labbaik were very accommodating ensuring there was enough seats and tables to fit all of us. The quality of the food was lovely and really enjoyed the different Karahi and mixed grill. The waitress in particular was very sweet and ensuring we had everything we needed. Not sure if the restaurant is used to accommodating for that many people which made it even more special! Thank you again."

"This small garden center café is really good. eating is always delicious, with proper salat (one of these Limp wings that has become so popular) can be busy too time, but it is possible to reserve although they need to...order staff are always helpful, it is really service with a smile."

"This is a real foundation that was removed from the St. sidwell’s church only by john lewis! it is located in a community center, so the cafe zone tends to the simple tables and chairs, a large opposite place, behind which the food is cooked in a large open kitchen. the standard food is high; a good choice of options, all freshly made, and well presented. curries are particularly good. service with a smile is fast and efficient. if they only want a coffee / tea, there is a good choice of homemade cakes to offer. as worth money, it's second to none."

"Wow. Completely underwhelmed. If you own the Lounge bars please train your staff. Rude and thick. Not hard to take an order for two breakfasts a tea and a oat latte. Got a cold breakfast two coffees and as I am lactose intolerant a morning on the loo cos they couldn’t even get the coffee order correct. For a fast expanding company they are forgetting the hospitality basics. Can’t recommend."
