"This is by far the best place to get carnitas in Manzanillo. If you like good pulled pork, this is the place to go. Diego and his family take great pride in serving a quality meal. After marinating the meat in a family-secret marinade, they then slow-roast it to perfection. And the freshly prepared salsa is delish. Don't forget to have the jericalla (homemade creme brule) for dessert."

"After getting some fish from our favourite vendor, Veronica, we decided to try the seafood restaurant on the second level for a late lunch. Besides offering ceviches and the usual fish and seafood dishes, they have a few specialty items. One is swordfish in tamarindo (untried), another is swordfish "meatballs" and potatoes in special sauce, served with rice and salad (delicious!) All the seafood is very fresh - the fish is brought in daily on the boats that the owner actually owns. The staff was very helpful, and the restaurant has a great view of Manzanillo Bay.If you are wondering how to get there, just take the main blvd to downtown and they are on the second floor of the same building the the sport fishing offices (where you can charter boats for deep-sea fishing)."

"We had only one Italian panini and it was delicious. I don't know what they did the salat dressing, but I licked the saucer... oh yes, the coffee was also great with tasteful background music you don't have to talk about. Amendment: adopted. carrot cake for dessert. made in house like anything else with the not too sweet icing...bueno"
