"Ein kurzfrister entschluss in einem landbeizli etwas zu essen hat uns ins gasthaus stockhorn geführt. Das restaurant war praktisch voll. In einem kleinen säli belommen wir einen tisch. Die menueauswahl ist gensu so wie wir es erwartet haben: voller klassischer feiner speisen. Die weinkarte hingegen ist etwas beschränkt. Ich hatte zur vorspeise eine eierbouillon. Die war sehr gut abgeschmeckt. Als hauptspeise bekam ich saure kalbsleber mit rösti. Das war sehr fein, die leber zart und die rösti selbst gemacht und knusprig gebraten. Meine frau hatte ein tartar. Das war raffiniert gewürzt und zart, garniert mit kackigem salat. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden."
