"I've had a few burgers here and they were all tasty, decent sized burgers. The fries were also good. However, it took quite a long time for my food to arrive and there was only one other table of guests so I'm not sure why it took so long... But the waitress was friendly.. A little slow to get my refill.. Considering how small the restaurant is I don't think it should have taken fifteen minutes to get a refill... But she was still nice and the food was good so I would go there again and just hope I got my food quicker this time!!"

"Nate was amazing! At the moment, but both managers came to make sure everything was good. Even as it was the first experience of my mother of Max Erma, she got a sample of the tortilla soup. They enjoyed their time and food. She ordered the philly steak and pommes. That was my aunt's second time and she had the avocado Cobb Salat. She didn't make it either. I haven't been with Max Erma since 1999. I had grilled the appetizer fish tacos, completely lovely. Thank you, Max Erma is for a wonderful experience. Nate thanks for being so flexible and a Mitredhead, Coolness."

"First visitor and wow I was impressed. Sports bar theme with daily specialties. We went on Thursday and they had the burgers. They were 1/2 pounds and cooked in trial as we requested. The rolls were also surprisingly good. Burgers had the right season on them. Fries were cooked golden brown in fresh fat. We also ordered wings. They were tall, hit and juicy. They weren't moved like many places. The staff was pleasant and on the ball. The food is hot and fast. I'll be back for another bite. Thanks for the experience."
