"I had reserved a table for 6 p.m. and specifically stated when making the reservation via Quandoo that we had theater tickets for 7:30 p.m. and asked whether that would work at the time. We also offered that we would choose and announce our dishes in advance. I didn't receive an answer and assumed there wouldn't be a problem. Even though we were the first in the restaurant, our order was taken later than other guests. We received our starter with the main course and had to have it packed up. Our previous inquiries to the waitress were only answered with the comment that there was a lot going on. The reference to our email in advance was ignored. However, another waitress was very friendly and apologized several times. Food was tasty. If you go there, you shouldn't have any follow-up appointments such as going to the theater or cinema. I would have liked an indication in advance that time might be tight. Then we would have chosen another restaurant that opens earlier. That would have been more relaxing for the evening and the meal.
