"Fui hoy a almorzar, luego de 15 minutos de espera me tomaron el pedido tardaron casi 40 minutos en venir con la comida y cuando llego, llego incompleta...las albondigas con salsas vinieron sin las salsas...tuve que pedir 3 veces las salsas y cuando llegaron obviamente las albindigas ya estaban frias. Si quieren un resto con vista a la plaza tienen otras opciones, mi experiencia no fue nada buena."

"This place probably disappointed us mostly because it seems so charming from the outside! We had high expectations and wanted somewhere a little romantic for our last night in town.The premises is so big that I wonder if it ever fills. Interestingly, there seem to be quite a few different rooms. Having worked in the restaurant business for a number of years, I don't understand why they choose to keep their diners so separated from each other. If they focused on filling a room at a time then there would be some chance of creating atmosphere. As it was, we were in a room with one other diner and eight or so empty tables, listening to the chatter coming from the room next door! There was an unfortunate misunderstanding with our order, which was "locro", not "lomo" but in real terms it was the difference between a very large steak and a very local stew! It resulted in us waiting for a long time for the wrong meal then waiting again for the right one. If our Spanish was better this probably wouldn't have happened, but again to consider a management issue: of the staff that were working, one did speak excellent English. Of the other diners we could see/hear, Spanish prevailed! Would it not have made sense to assign the English-speaking waiter to the English-speaking customers?They did all they could to rectify the situation, and I have to say, the salad I ordered was really delicious. All in all, it was just a disappointing experience."
