"Too bad. the personal is mostly friendly and the ambiente is true. Unfortunately, eating is really not very good. "Our first visit and we were totally enthusiastic. The ambience is rustic and very cozy. The staff is very nice and fast. The food is absolutely delicious and the roast potatoes are only...... unbelievable!! Thank you very much, we come back! 25.12..2022 The food, the nice and funny service....just super. "After a walk on the neanderlandsteig my wife and I returned to the poor ritter in wülfrath. a friendly young man take our order and the ordered drinks came immediately. but we had to wait and wait. After almost an hour I asked politely when we could eat. the young man disappeared short and explained that we were obviously forgotten by a mistake in the system. because I had taken my sweet from the teller and placed right next to me, he was also believed that we had already eaten. he promised that we will be served as soon as possible. after another 20 minutes waiting time we became too colorful (both very hungry). I spoke to the chief who stood next to the bank. very friendly and polite I told him that we are ready to wait 5 minutes, and then the drinks will pay and go. I was very undamaged saying that I had disturbed another conversation (which was obviously already done) and that I had already pointed out that eating was in preparation. that was the last drop that had missed. we stood up immediately, went to the bank and asked for the bill for the drinks. the best is that we should pay for eating (which had come in between after about 100 minutes). after some time we were allowed to go and had not to pay the drinks. then we went a few meters further to the kutscherstube. there we were served friendly and fast and received excellent food. we ask ourselves: how clumsy and stupid can a person actually be? Of course, something can always go wrong. but the question is: how are they? would we have said: we are very sorry that it does not work; are we allowed to invite them to a drink in the meantime? a small gesture on this wise would have solved the problem immediately. Instead we were ironed on incredible wise and that although we were really very patient and polite. such a host is business damage to his own natives. that does not care about a relaxed atmosphere and good shape of the environment, is well-resolved with bad trembling. we can only advise all others of one visit urgently!"
