"I had some time before my check-in and I did not want to put away my baggage in a locker so I go over to this place right next to where I was staying. I've had ramen from all over the world--Japan, NY, LA, etc. In the scope of sydney ramen, this ain't no Ipuudo or yasaka, but I knew that coming in and took it for what it was. Now I've also had shitty ramen so I definitely know what's bad. I was expecting more of the mediocre to meh ramen here but to my surprise and delight, it was not bad at all and moreso on the better side of non-ramen specific Japanese restaurants. The broth was lighter than I prefer but still had the overall nuance of shoyu ramen broth. They gave a generous amount of chashu. The noodles were ramen noodles and prepared the way I liked. I just was not really fond of the cabbage in my ramen. It was missing a naruto and the seaweed was a little dainty. Overall, this was still a great place and I would not mind grabbing a quick ramen or some sushi here again."
