"I understand this is an old location but the staff isn't. Where to start...... You'd expect to be greeted with the smell of chicken, steak and all the goodness of the menu but no, it smells like a dirty bathroom. Literally. So pungent and just nasty. I watched 4 people handle the food and if the 8 hands, only 1 had a glove on and it was only the hand that pit the chicken from the grill to the cutting board. I was shocked....like ok, this is hospitality, post pandemic and y'all were grease drenched facemasks but not gloves? The ice tea machine was leaking out onto the counter. Just a dripping away. Man I was hungry but I was served nothing but disappointment. Everything had CHAR on it. Chicken and dumplings were coated in char and it was absolutely disgusting. The grill and flat top are not cleaned AT ALL during service. So mad that I spent money to rinse off mly dumplings in sink water only to throw the whole meal away right after the first bite."
