"This place was my first time trying something out of my comfort zone. That was over 10 years ago. I brought my boyfriend here for his birthday just after the lunch rush to share what I positively felt when I was here. In a neutral light, there were only a few patrons left and no one to seat us. Without any way to obtain service, we just stood and waited. 5 minutes pass and we were finally seated. The menu for lunch was vast with some classic Greek dishes, all new opportunities to try and empty stomachs to fill. For appetizers, we had the Spanakopita and the Dolmathes. For our entrees, the Chicken Kebab and Moussaka. Over a period of 25 minutes, we got both our apps and entrees. Could be slightly better. I can only speak from our experience; The taste was nostalgic and definitely something I wish we had in our town. We also got a Gyro to go to try (A-Must! The overall price was reasonable for what we received. As I am glad to have came back, I'm more glad about introducing it someone who enjoys it as much as I do and hope to introduce it to more people and spread the good taste that is Tasso's Greek Restaurant."

"Horribly food poisoned after going here in Valentine?s Day and spending $200 on a meal. Not only did it put my S/O in the bathroom for the rest of the night and into the next day, but the food was not poor quality, and they had the tables spaced out with less than two feet in between them (so a fire code issue also I assume). All of which could have been overlooked if the food poisoning wasn?t so severe? there must be some major issues with food handling in the kitchen."

"We had our Sunday brunch outside. Beautiful day. Our server was Heather and she did an excellent job. We received our food exactly as ordered. It was perfectly repaired and a perfect temperature. Overall a great dining experience."

"There was a gentleman by the name of Taariq that I had the pleasure of being served by. He was very knowledgeable with a great personality. He made our experience worth the drive, as well as the food. We will definitely be commuting back for more food and great service. I con only hope to have Taariq again. Or someone just as awesome!"

"Was here a few times ago for brunch with omnivore friends, consistently a wonderful time with friendly staff. Very appreciate the vegan friendly brunch options and modifications listed clearly on the menu. Bonus: You have vegan Worcestershire sauce, so I think the bloody mary is vegan friendly!"

"Nice decorations, tight space so loud, friendly staff, rolls were good with decent diversity although their rice was huge and not tight. Their sashimi was a good size, the right serving temp, and fresh enough for the Midwest but still not superbly fresh or anything close to a coastal quality. I'd think this was a good place to grab sushi if you're in the area but I don't think it's worth the drive out of your way to go to."

"Absolutely amazing food!! Fresh as it could possibly be with flavor packed into every bite. Do I dare say it’s even better than homemade! Their sauces seemed to be made on the spot. They are so delicious. We had some chips with queso and fresh guacamole and the guacamole was even better than the kind I’m used to making with spices and lime juice. Very very good! My friend had a burrito and I had the fish tacos. Now take in mind... I’m a fish taco connoisseur. I’ve had fish tacos all over from Mexico to San Diego and these were some of the best if not THE BEST. I’m very excited to return to this restaurant when I fly back to Kansas City to visit my friend. He’s a very picky eater and he knew I would love this place. He was right. My friend’s burrito was just as good as the fish tacos. The rice and beans were very good as well, although I wish the tacos came with refried beans and not the big bulky beans they served."
